Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping information.

Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Delivery is considered complete when the carrier’s tracking information shows the package as delivered.

For high-value orders over USD $499.99, a signature is required upon delivery. No exceptions.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft that occur after the carrier confirms delivery. Any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders shipped to freight forwarders or third-party receiving services are considered delivered once the package is received at the forwarding address.
